What $600K Will Buy You in NYC

  • BY LAURA VECSEY AUGUST 31, 2017

Given that you can find some surprisingly good apartments in NYC in the $400,000 to $500,000 range, we wondered: What differentiates them from places coming in around $600K?

This week’s compilation of $600,0000 listings finds a bunch of apartments with a little something extra: A furnished condo in Turtle Bay; a single-family house or two in Queens, and a convertible 3-bedroom apartment in Riverdale with views of the Hudson. Let’s roll:

HIGHLIGHTS: Insta-house! Purchase comes with furnishings, which makes it move-in ready. It’s ideally located in the UWS cultural playground near Central Park, the American Museum of Natural History, the New York Historical Society and Lincoln Center.
